Selection Tools
Use Smart Select to click-to-select paintable regions (walls, trims, fascia, etc). Refine with the brush if needed.
Replace clears previous mask. Add/Subtract modifies it.
Higher selects more area (risk of spill). Lower stays tighter.
Lower stops at strong edges sooner. Higher crosses edges more.
Brush uses Replace/Add/Subtract
Negative shrinks (tight trim). Positive expands (fills gaps).
Softens the mask edge for a more realistic blend.
Paint
Higher = more like fresh paint.
Keeps highlights, shadows, and surface texture.
Next (AI stage)
- AI generates masks for walls, fascia, trims, etc
- Exterior / Interior element list appears
- Click element → repaint all instances
